The Woodlands Professional Fire Fighters Association and The Woodlands Fire Department have a Collective Bargaining Agreement that outlines the process for making changes to the contract under which we work, as well as other pertinent changes in working conditions.  There are currently two labor contracts to which the WPFFA is party to: The Fire Department Labor Contract which covers all suppression personnel up to and including the rank of Captain, and The Dispatch Labor Contract which covers all dispatchers in the Communications Division.
